TEJO provides accessible therapeutic counselling services in Flanders to individuals aged 10 to 20. These services are short-term, immediate, anonymous, and free of charge, and professional therapists deliver them voluntarily.

TEJO faced challenges in assisting young individuals who required safe overnight accommodations. In response to this issue, a group of volunteers established a program to offer supervised shelter for youths experiencing acute yet somewhat severe crises.
