COMPETITION REMPORTÉE - Restauration paysagère des abords de la Porte de la Ferme et de la Drève historique entre le Grand Moulin et l'ancienne Ferme abbatiale de Villers-la-Ville, ainsi que la transformation du Petit Moulin en bordure de la Thyle en collaboration avec LD2 Architecture, MC-Carré, Poly-Tech Engineering et Piknik Graphic.

WEDSTRIJD GEWONNEN - Landschapsherstel van het gebied rond de Porte de la Ferme en de historische dreef tussen de Grand Moulin en de voormalige abdijboerderij in Villers-la-Ville, evenals de transformatie van de Petit Moulin aan de oevers van de Thyle, in samenwerking met LD2 Architecture, MC-Carré, Poly-Tech Engineering en Piknik Graphic.

Renovation and extension of an existing villa south of Brussels in a spledid green surrounding.The extension of the existing house includes an underground garage with spa and fitness room, with acces to the level of the garden, living space and kitchen on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the first floor.Old en new are wrapped with a new cladding to bringing both together.

Renovatie en uitbreiding van een bestaande villa ten zuiden van Brussel in een groene omgeving. De uitbreiding van de bestaande woning bevat een ondergrondse garage met spa- en fitnessruimte die uitgeven op het tuinniveau, leefruimte en keuken op het gelijkvloers en de masterbedroom op het eerste verdiep. Het geheel werd voorzien van een nieuwe gevelbekleding om bestaand en nieuw harmonieus samen te brengen.

L'extension de la maison existante comprend un garage souterrain avec spa et salle de fitness donnant sur le rez-de-jardin, un espace de vie et une cuisine au rez-de-chaussée et la chambre principale au premier étage. L'ensemble a été équipé d'un nouveau revêtement afin d'harmoniser l'existant et le nouveau.

Restoration and renovation of the Hôtel Métropole, distinguished by its history and exceptional blend of architectural styles ranging from the Belle Époque to Art Deco. Interventions will include, among other things, the restoration and reconstruction of facades, all classified interior elements, and the reconstruction of the historic marquee. The renovation will involve modernizing the rooms and adding contemporary amenities such as a pool, spa, and gym.

Restauratie en renovatie van het Hôtel Métropole, dat zich onderscheidt door zijn geschiedenis en uitzonderlijke mix van architecturale stijlen, variërend van de Belle Époque tot de Art Deco. Interventies omvatten onder andere de restauratie en reconstructie van gevels, alle geclassificeerde interieurelementen en de reconstructie van de historische luifel. De renovatie omvat het moderniseren van de kamers en het toevoegen van eigentijdse voorzieningen zoals een zwembad, spa en fitnessruimte.

Restauration et rénovation de l'Hôtel Métropole, qui se distingue par son histoire et son mélange exceptionnel de styles architecturaux passant de la Belle époque à l'Art déco. Les interventions comprendront entre autre la restauration et la restitution des façades, l'ensemble des éléments classés intérieurs ainsi que la reconstruction de la marquise historique. La rénovation consistera en la modernisation des chambres et l'ajout d'équipements contemporains tels qu'une piscine, un spa et une salle de sport.

Renovation and reconstruction of the conservatory of Jourdain Castle in Kraainem. Provisional acceptance took place 19/03, after 5 months of work. The client is the municipality of Kraainem; the venue will be used for small events, private parties, exhibitions and others.

Renovatie en heropbouw van de serre van het Kasteel Jourdain in Kraainem. Voorlopige oplevering vond plaats 19/03, na 5 maanden werken. De opdrachtgever is de gemeente Kraainem, de locatie zal worden gebuirkt voor kleine evenementen, privéfeesten, tentoonstellingen en andere.

Rénovation et reconstruction de la serre du château Jourdain à Kraainem. La réception provisoire a eu lieu le 19/03, après 5 mois de travaux. Le client est la commune de Kraainem ; le lieu sera utilisé pour de petits événements, des fêtes privées, des expositions et autres.

Introducing Villa RF : a stunning new addition to Limburg's landscape. The architecture is characterised by several volumes in a characteristic red brick, with some elegant details. The underground level, which includes a carport and guesthouse, is provided with natural daylight thanks to the presence of English courts.

Villa RF is een nieuwbouw opgetrokken in de provincie Limburg. De architectuur wordt gekenmerkd door een schakeling van volumes in een kemerkende rode baksteen met enkele mooie details. Het ondergrondse verdiep, met onder meer carport en gastenverblijf wordt door de aanwezigheid van engelse koeren voorzien van natuurlijk daglicht.

La Villa RF est un nouveau bâtiment construit dans la province du Limbourg. L'architecture se caractérise par un enchaînement de volumes dans une brique rouge caractéristique, avec des détails soignés. Le niveau souterrain, qui comprend un carport et une chambre d'amis, bénéficie de la lumière du jour grâce à la présence de fenêtres à l'anglaise.
