I help my clients find their real motivations and develop their strengths and self-sufficiency, to meet their goals in career changes and decision taking situations. A coach is a person who accompanies and guides another (coachee) in a process of change, evolution, improvement, decision making or to overcome a situation of blockage. By listening and asking relevant questions to help the coachee ta
king real awareness of the situation in all its breadth, see the role he plays on it and the resources he has to face his challenges. If the person is willing to change something about his life, the coach is there to help him in the process that leads to success, though, while respecting his autonomy and responsibility. We generally live so immersed in the day to day that it is often difficult to take a moment of pause to rethink our priorities, and if we finally do it, it is not always easy to find the courage to carry out our good intentions. Working with a coach can help achieving both things as he moves his client into action. My job is connecting people with their passion, purpose, values and other critical aspects of their ideal work. I equip my clients with career management skills that can be used in future transitions in addition to enhancing their current job. I help them improving their self-awareness, having clarity about their life purpose and goals, increase their ability to be effective in today’s changing workplace, and to manage their own career, and overall betterment of their quality of life.
