GREAT MEMORIES / CAFE-TASSE - BRAND REPOSITIONING
Café-Tasse, the well-known Belgian chocolate company, relied on the assistance of Eleven3 some years ago to reposition the brand, rationalize the product portfolio and develop a new marketing strategy.
In the framework of this project, Eleven3 contributed to refreshing the brand’s identity and graphics, the design of new ads and product packaging, the organization of promotional events and mailings, and giving a facelift to Café-Tasse’s main shop in central Brussels.

GREAT MEMORIES / GDF SUEZ - LA MONNAIE
For more than a dozen years, Eleven3 has organized the annual VIP evening of GDF SUEZ at La Monnaie, Brussels’ opera house, of which the energy company is a patron. The event traditionally includes an opera performance for over a thousand guests and an haute-cuisine hors d’oeuvres supper. The key challenge for this event is to serve 12,000 mini-dishes throughout the building’s eight levels in a very limited timeframe, before and after the show and during the intermissions. Eleven3 not only manages the catering and event coordination, but also oversees the design and production of the invitations, management of the guest list, the seating plan and guest parking arrangements.

GREAT MEMORIES - LANXESS LUSTRAN POLYMERS
Following the successful organization of a gala dinner, exhibition and presentation in New York for Lanxess, the German chemical group asked Eleven3 to develop a concept for and organize another VIP event, held at the Aquarium of Barcelona, to mark the official opening of the revamped Lanxess factory in nearby Tarragona. The 120-person gala dinner was held inside the aquarium’s distinctive setting. A subtle use of lights and color elements, combined with the aquarium’s tanks and varied marine life helped achieve an atmosphere of “colorful difference,” which is the tagline of Lustran Polymers, the division that was hosting the event. The event also featured a chill-out area on a terrace overlooking the coastline, a musical program combining classical music and jazz, with famous artists such as Lara St. John, Andrea Griminelli, Giampaolo Bandini and Circle Wide, and a live painting performance by street painter Andrés de Franganillo.

GREAT MEMORIES - For four consecutive years in Brussels, Eleven3 organized the General Assembly of ZEP (the Zero Emissions Platform), the pan-European advocacy group for CO2 sequestration, which provides a forum for governments and administrations, companies and academics from all over Europe.
After two assemblies were held at La Bourse (the Brussels Stock Exchange building), the event moved to Flagey, the arts and conference center based in the Art Deco building that formerly served as the headquarters for Belgian radio and TV.
The one-day conference was attended by approximately 300 people each year, from the business, governmental and academic worlds.

COVID-19 - We stay at your side.
Our governments have taken numerous measures of social distancing. They have opted for saving lives. We can only be thankful for that.
These measures will probably last for a certain time, beyond April 3, 2020.

GREAT MEMORIES - Eleven3 oversaw the general concept, management and logistics for a global seminar for industrial brokers of gas in Brussels, involving 150 attendees.
The seminar included working sessions at the Conrad Hotel and a four-day series of parallel programs in Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen and Antwerp, as well as an outstanding gala evening at the Museum of Fine Arts in Brussels, with the participation of young artists during the dinner.
On the second day, another dinner was organized around a “World of Circus” theme, and was held inside an actual circus tent. Eleven3 also developed all the printed materials for the event.

For the second time in a row, Eleven3 was highly involved in the European Railway Award, jointly organized by the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure Companies (CER) and the Association of the European Rail Supply Industry (UNIFE)
The railway sector is full of bright ideas, ingenious innovation and bold policy initiatives devised to enhance, grow and strengthen the rail mode today and for the future
The European Railway Award celebrates these achievements by recognizing the inspired individuals behind them
First presented in 2007, the European Railway Award attracts more than 500 guests from all over Europe, including high-level politicians and transport stakeholders
The award comes with prize money, donated to a charity organization of the laureate’s choice
The event, hosted at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, came with a ceremony in the Auditorium and a reception in the Forum
