We held our second inspiration session of the year related to innovation combined with energy transition, key topics for any company.

👉“Failure is the mother of innovation” according to Loïc Tilman Head of Innovation at Elia and our guest speaker of the day.

He shared with us the « moonshot principles » applied at Elia to drive and stimule their innovation strategy and transition.

Innovation is accelerating, cycles are becoming shorter & shorter and the 4 key ingredients to make it happen are obvious :
Data, AI, Augmented Reality and … blockchain.

The 3 keys to boost your innovation and transition strategies within your organisation. are human driven :

- Upscale your people
- Stimulate your people to work together
- Change the way you are organized

And if your staff doesn’t embrace the transition, apply the following :
- Let them understand the WHY you need it
- Implement strong training sets
- stimulate your staff to evolve

A fantastic inspiration session with a great speaker for our team members daily confronted with our own innovation strategy in a Media world in transition embracing AI, Blockchain, Metaverse, Behavioral Science, Web 5.0., and recommending more and more carbon neutral communication strategies for our advertisers.

2 different sectors (energy vs media) but facing the same challenges which can be addressed by the same « tools » and « technologies ».
