Product Launch Update: Introducing HPM v5

Our proprietary software, High Pressure Manager (HPM), has undergone a significant transformation.

High Pressure Manager is the in-house software at Almax easyLab, designed to assist high-pressure scientists in visualizing pressure measurements, pressure control, and sample space within the diamond anvil cell.

For many years, the software was built on Labview. Starting in 2024, all our optical systems, including Optiprexx RubyLUX and PLS, will come equipped with the all-new Python-based version: HPM v5. The new version is highly responsive, stable with a simple installation process.

The HPM v5 will be supplied with all new systems in 2024 and we offer the option to upgrade for existing systems acquired in 2022 and 2023. Additionally for systems acquired prior to 2022, please contact sales to discuss the are different options as per your requirements.

Team Adventure & Good Vibes 🌲🌟

We wanted to share a little something about our recent ! 🌲🏞️

Last Friday we swapped our office chairs for some serious outdoor activities. Think log cutting, wrestling, log throws, and even some swings for that dose of childhood nostalgia! 🪓🤼‍♂️🏞️

Our incredible colleague Lore , the mastermind behind this day, summed it up perfectly:

"I really enjoyed the team building! It was very surprising and cool to participate in the (Scottish) highland games. Although I was a bit disappointed that our team didn’t win the mini competition, we had a fun day. To end the day we went bowling, that was really the icing on the cake! Personally, I think it brought us together as a team and I’m already looking forward to the team building of next year!" 🙌
