When you think about the Czech Republic, do you think about compost? You should! Thanks to the efforts of our dealer Foragri, sro, multiple cities have recently embraced Menart PTO windrow turners, stationary screens, shredders and self-propelled windrow turners to tackle their green waste.

Boris Galan, our head of sales, Mike loix, the head of our technical department, and Vincent Desprez, our business delevoper, met with the dealer that has, in 2025, outperformed all the others in terms of orders.

🌱 Composting Stories from Around the World #2 : Feedlots in Brazil

🌍 Menart’s machines are trusted worldwide, and each region presents unique composting needs. In 2024, thanks to maquina solo, we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation of Brazilian composters who shared their experiences with us. As expected, their facilities are larger, but Menart’s versatile machines rise to the challenge, adapting seamlessly to meet their demands.

One standout visit was with Denise Boscoli, the head of Bragança Bio Fertilizantes and Bragança Agronegócios. Denise operates a facility with 12,000 cattle and processes 15,000 tonnes of manure annually. How does she handle such large volumes? With Menart’s SP-50 PTO turner, the most popular machine for high-capacity composting.

Menart's Growth and Impact in Vietnam 🌍

As part of a Belgian state visit to Vietnam, Bérengère Ménart, CEO of Menart, had the honor of representing the company in a delegation with the King and Queen of Belgium organised in collaboration with Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX), hub.brussels and FIT - Flanders Investment & Trade. Her trip took her from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, where she participated in two impactful panels: "Women Leaders for Innovation and Business Perspective" and "Unlocking Opportunities in Vietnam’s Solid Waste Management and Recycling Sector."

🏆 A memorable highlight was reconnecting with Jan Haemers, now CEO of Haemers Technologies, who was Menart's very first client of turners for polluted soil 30 years ago! His belief in Menart’s innovative technology set the stage for our continued success. Today, Menart sells around 50 machines annually, thanks to loyal customers and dealers who continue to trust our products.

Menart’s journey in Vietnam began in 1996, since then, Menart has partnered with 6 Vietnamese towns to provide waste treatment and recycling plants (Mechanical Biological Treatment plants) that help address local environmental challenges. 🌍💚

"Composting has become a real heartfelt activity for us", says Jérôme Bellier, manager of BAUGEOIS COMPOST and member of ACF. Since 2003, the company located in the West of France has transformed more than 15,000 tons of organic waste per year, with ecological and profitable solutions.

🔄 The composting process follows rigorous steps, guaranteeing quality composts, used by farmers, landscapers, wholesalers.

⚡ Demo of composting machines to the ACF

Les Agriculteurs Composteurs de France (ACF) is a network of organic waste treatment professionals, made up of around fifty composting platforms serving municipalities, particularly for the treatment of green waste and sometimes sewage sludge.

The ACFs are independent companies that share their agricultural activities. As such, they are obviously convinced of the benefits of composting and recovering organic waste to ensure a return to a virtuous soil.

Working together as an association, they share their experience on a wide range of subjects to ensure they continue to evolve and prepare for the challenges of the future. Composting equipment is one of the solutions of interest.

hashtag and its French distributor Lheureux Services were honoured to be able to show an innovative electric self-propelled turner, which worked alongside a MENART power take-off turner already present on the BAUGEOIS-COMPOST platform.

After the demos, we were able to take part in the lively debates, which were as interesting as ever.

Thanks to all the speakers and we look forward to repeating the experience!
