Dat advies geldt… voor sommige vallen 👉 Onze selectieve val voor de Aziatische hoornaar valt hier NIET onder!
Het verschil? Onze verwisselbare in- en uitgangsvernauwers, speciaal ontworpen om de biodiversiteit niet op te offeren wanneer de seizoenen veranderen.
De boodschap voor in de winkel? “De Protecta®-val hoeft niet verwijderd te worden. Vervang gewoon de vernauwer door de 8 mm-versie.”
Zo blijft de val doeltreffend tegen actieve werksters, terwijl de impact op niet-doelinsecten beperkt blijft.

Depuis quelques semaines, la RTBF et plusieurs communes relaient le même message : « Frelons asiatiques : le temps est venu de retirer les pièges. »

Ce conseil est valable… pour certains pièges 👉 Nos pièges sélectifs contre le frelon asiatique n'est PAS concerné !

La différence ? Nos réducteurs d'entrée/sortie interchangeables, conçu précisément pour ne pas sacrifier la biodiversité au changement de saison.
Le message à faire passer en magasin ? « Pas besoin de retirer le piège Protecta® . Il suffit de passer au réducteur 8 mm. »

The ideal period for trapping founding queens is now behind us.
Does that mean Protecta traps should be removed from gardens? Absolutely not! ⚠️

At this time of year, colonies are fully established and worker hornets are highly active. They place significant pressure on pollinators and contribute to the continued growth of the colony.

The challenge is now different: continuing to capture Asian hornets while protecting beneficial insects.

👉 This is exactly what sets our selective trap apart.
Thanks to the reducers supplied with the trap (available in two diameters), the openings can be adjusted to specifically target worker Asian hornets while minimising the capture of other insects. It is now time to switch to the 8 mm reducers!

Last week, we had the pleasure of gathering in Koksijde for our PCO 2026 seminar.
A key moment to step back, share the latest industry updates, and most importantly connect with passionate professionals.

On the agenda:
✔️ Presentation of new developments, including innovations in rodenticides and residue-free insecticide fogging
✔️ Focus on practical approaches: fly management, bird deterrence, and energy efficiency
✔️ Hands-on workshops to explore fogging techniques, protection methods, and new field equipment

This day was also a great opportunity to strengthen connections, exchange experiences, and leave with ideas that can be directly applied in the field.
