People don't need to be fixed nor their problems need to be 'fixed'.

We are all 'work in progress' to our highest and purest version.

Also judging another person or the situation they are in is an attempt to fix ...as often it is our way of handling our own fear against something we cannot handle ourselves or don't agree with.

We don't mean to do it, but when we rush to fix or judge, we actually communicate something we never intended...'I don't believe you are capable of handling this on your own'...

Next time you feel yourself 'fixing' or 'judging' another person, could you allow yourself to be open to the consideration that every single one of us has the exact wisdom inside of them to handle it themselves... and that maybe whatever they are going through is the exact process they need to access that wisdom inside.

No matter our age, there is still that inner girl inside of us that is asking to be seen and to be heard.
All growth starts with acknowledging that inner girl.
Giving her space and connecting with your deepest inner truths is the path to fulfillment and freedom.

One thing that I wish somebody had told me is that there will be different versions of me as I grow.
Completely different versions of me.
And those different versions require different people, different spaces, different words and different careers sometimes.

I am here to tell you - "hey, the plan you have at 20, when you are 30, when you are 40 or even 55... that is gonna change."
Your whole perspective will change.

And you are gonna have to reintroduce yourself to that person every single time.

And the people around you also will have to re-meet that person every single time.

Almost a year ago, through my broader network, one of my clients found me and reached out to me.

She is a respected US based lawyer, well known for her expertise in business aquisitions.

She reached out to me – making me understand that she was not looking for another “coach”.

She was seeking someone that would be able to hold space for her in her lows AND her highs, her uncertainties as well as her learnings so far.

Someone capable of deep listening when her own thoughts are running wild and she looses herself in the process of looking for answers within.

Someone able to help her connect the dots when she looses the broughter picture.

She was seeking an Anchor Point.

That was only 8 months ago!

Today, She is fully connected with herself again and knows how to hold space for herself.

Today, She is rooted in authentic presence – a place from which no outer circumstance can bring her in disbalance again, no matter what.

Today She lives and acts from deep authenticity, inner clarity, and grounded coherence.

And from here, She a I will remain to walk side by side for a little while longer – because She chooses to.

When you are connected to yourself - on the deepest level possible - your business and what you do reflect that truth.
And where there is disconnection, the world feels it too.

For a while, I felt the name Business on High Heels reflected feminine power as in masculine appearances (as the world knows).

How it feels today is this:
High Heels are not about the shoes.
They are about elevation
They are about walking tall
They are about unapologetic presence in spaces that often want women to schrink or dimn.

That is what my work stands for.

Business on High Heels is the field where we rise together. Where femininity is not reduced to a shoe, but expanded into a stance – an elegant, grounded, unshakable presence.

When a women stands in her own Golden Field, she doesn’t need heels to prove herself.
Her very presence elevates the room.
 
I believe that when a woman is connected to her own field, she rises.
Her presence becomes her power.
Her elegance becomes her influence.
Her softness becomes her strenght.

This is the work I do with women inside Business on High Heels.
Not pushing, nor forcing, not fighting – but remembering and creating a stable field where you can step in, remember who you are and rise with ease.

Recently I had the privilege of doing a photoshoot for the Belgian Designer Brand Souâd Feriani, and without hesitation, I embraced the opportunity.
