Group Nivelles reduces waste by 25% 📉

The waste audit carried out by Group Nivelles within From Waste 2 Profit revealed a shocking conclusion: out of the 500,000 kg of material they use annually, 150,000 kg is waste. As a family business, Group Nivelles believes it's important to contribute to a better future. That's why they're initiating several projects to reduce this waste stream by 25%. Brick factory Gillrath reviewed their entire production process in order to optimise and save on resources. Working with From Waste 2 Profit helped them to save on:

✅ Raw materials
✅ Costs

16 tonnes per person. This is the amount of raw materials used annually in Europe. Ten tonnes of this goes into structural items (such as infrastructure, housing, durable goods) and six tonnes leaves the economy as waste.
