2025 was opnieuw een zeer sterk jaar voor vastgoed in Marbella. De cijfers bevestigen wat we lokaal al langer zien: Marbella blijft één van de meest stabiele en gegeerde vastgoedmarkten van Zuid-Europa.

Wat leren de cijfers van 2025?
🏡 Het aantal verkooptransacties steeg met 7–8% t.o.v. 2024
💶 De gemiddelde woningprijs kwam uit rond €5.150 per m²
📈 Prijzen stegen gemiddeld 9–10% op jaarbasis
🌍 Meer dan 65% van de kopers was internationaal
🔑 Grootste vraag naar appartementen en villa’s tussen €500.000 en €2.000.000
⏱️ Kwalitatieve woningen op toplocaties werden vaak verkocht binnen 60–90 dagen

Vooral regio’s zoals Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís en Oost-Marbella presteerden bovengemiddeld, ondanks het beperkte aanbod.
