It’s so frustrating to know someone is not achieving goals. They seem to procrastinate and yet it is obvious they are capable. They seem occupied with “busy work”. Having no time to do that 1 thing.
It is also tiring for the person, even sometimes exasperating as they somehow know that getting it over with would give more energy, prevent a “disaster” in some cases, sometimes they cannot prevent themselves from self-sabotaging, even consciously.

Omdat Facebook ervoor gekozen heeft om software te installeren dat toestaat dat mijn persoonlijke gegevens gebruikt worden, verklaar ik het volgende:
Vandaag 18 december 2015 verklaar ik dat op grond van de nieuwe richtlijnen van Facebook en onder art. L 111, 112 en 113 van de code van intellectueel eigendom, de rechten van al mijn persoonlijke data, inclusief tekeningen, schilderijen, plaatjes, foto’s tekst enz. enz. zoals ze op mijn profiel geplaatst worden alleen aan mij toebehoren. Voor commercieel gebruik van deze gegevens is mijn schriftelijke toestemming vereist.

The more you want to run your business, from your core values, the more you will come in contact with situations and people who will make you see what you still believe that is not true.
For instance, "I cannot deal with this person": it could be true that you cannot YET deal with this person, that they are driving you nuts. It could very well be that you only need to change your thoughts about them, and then approach them differently, to have the results you want.
Or you might often think "nobody likes me/wants to help me/I do not have the time to do all of this ". These are hideous thoughts you might not be aware of. But if in your reality, you notice that you are not finding the right people at the right time to help you out, that might be a result of these thoughts.
The more you become enlightened, the more you see, how you ended up believing a lot of things that were true for some others, at one time. But maybe circumstances have changed, maybe you learned something in a training, long time ago, that you can now put to work to change that result.

This is a post in Dutch!
Ik besef hoe langer hoe meer, dat onze levenslessen, dus de niet zo leuke ervaringen zowel als de mega-goede, ons klaarstomen voor onze “missie” hier op aarde.
Ik heb hierdoor talenten versterkt en vaardigheden geleerd. Sommigen ervan bracht ik ten dienste van mijn werk. En andere talenten ten dienste van mijn privé-leven. Wat ik DOE is wat leuk is voor mij.
De laatste tijd ben ik gaan nadenken over het gedachtengoed “dat het in de Nieuwe Tijd meer gaat om ZIJN dan doen”.
Wat als je doet, gewoon omwille van wat je graag doet. En jouw missie juist gewoonweg is om te vertellen aan anderen hoe jij omging met bepaalde obstakels (privé of professioneel), of tot welke inzichten je bent gekomen om juist die levenslessen mee te geven aan anderen die er nog meer worstelen.
Wat als anderen daardoor veel sneller door die ervaringen kunnen ga ...

Leading a team, running a business: it doesn't come naturally. There are steps you need to take that are fearful. OK, so you will not necessarily make it from the first step, but know that you can get better by practicing over and over again, getting up and trying again or fine-tuning it, or even changing tactics all together but never the end-goal! Keep that always in mind!
