Remember our Sumitomo project? Here’s what shaped it. Rooted in Japanese tradition, shaped by the local Brussel’s identity. We seamlessly bridged tradition with innovation and echoed the structured shape of the Sumitomo logo in the walls, floors and detailing. Balanced it with fluid, organic lines. Thoughtfully selected materials result in a modern, functional office space that honors its strong cultural backbone.

For Sumitomo Chemicals, we designed and built their new offices at Park7 in Brussels, a space where Japanese heritage meets Brussels charm.

The concept brings warmth, tranquility, and refinement to every corner. Subtle references to the Sumitomo logo, inspired by the traditional ‘igeta’ structure, are woven into walls, floors, and detailing, a quiet nod to the company’s roots.

The result: a balanced, sustainable workspace where culture and modern functionality come together. 🌿

After working together on their previous office fit-out in Gare Maritime, B/S/H came back for round two and we are excited! Construction is in full swing, and while others might see a building site with a lot of work, we see the potential of what’s ahead 🛠️
