Breccia Rosso, Verde Cippolino, Breccia Medicea. Italian marble, bespoke furniture. 📐
Three stones. Three rooms. One workplace in Zonhoven where Artewalls , designer and manufacturer of sophisticated wallcoverings, turned their own office into a material study.

In the meeting room, Breccia Rosso tops a bespoke cabinet beneath the television, set against warm red wallcovering and carpet. Red on red. It works.
In the next space, Verde Cippolino tops a display cabinet. The wallcovering shifts to turquoise, the carpet follows in sage. The marble doesn't fight the room, it finishes it.

In the third room, Breccia Medicea tops a cabinet and a coffee table. Olive wallcovering, green veining. The stone was specified as if the room was built around it.

A porcelain worktop in Uniceramica Capraia, its pink-reddish veining picked up in the wall tiles of the adjacent coffee corner. The connection between the two surfaces is not incidental, it is the detail that ties the kitchen together.

The coffee corner itself is finished with a curved wall, adding a spatial quality that sets it apart from the rest of the scheme. Smaller format tiles on the splashback introduce rhythm and texture against the continuous, uninterrupted surface of the worktop. The contrast between the two scales of material is what makes it land. Light timber cabinetry and white walls keeps the backdrop neutral, letting the stone and tile do the work.

A light, airy kitchen anchored by a worktop in Unistone Misterio Gold quartz. The stone's natural dark veining and warm gold tones find an easy companion in the wood. Rich, natural grain that feels genuinely alive. 🔪

The island features an arched cutout, a quiet architectural detail that breaks the linearity of the cabinetry and lets the wood speak. Gold accents in the tap carry the stone's warmth through to the fittings, tying the space together without overworking it.

The brief called for a floor that could anchor a large, open-plan reception and office space without overpowering it. Emperador Ibiza, supplied by Brachot, delivers exactly that: a light beige Turkish marble with fine, irregular white veining that reads as calm and considered across the full 900m². 📁

The same stone continues through the building on a cylindrical staircase, where treads and risers in Emperador Ibiza are detailed with brass inserts.

Honed Emperador Ibiza is quarried in Turkey. Its restrained veining and consistent tone make it well suited to large commercial floors where visual coherence matters as much as material quality.

Caliza Avorio - Uniceramica, strutturata finish.
Kitchen and bathroom unified through a single material. In Kortrijk, Studio Nobel Architecten specified the full-body porcelain across worktop, island, splashback, vanity and sink. Oak cabinetry runs between the two spaces, its warmth echoing the soft beige of the stone.

Pietra Damari - marble, Turkey.

A kitchen in Kruisem (BE) by Annelies De Jonge Interieur, where the worktop and island are cut from the same grey Turkish marble, its white veining running across both surfaces. Solid white-lacquered oak with vertical grooves, blue limestone floors, wide rough-sawn oak planks. Every material chosen for weight and permanence.
The forged iron handles. The ceiling mouldings. The traditional range cooker. Nothing here is accidental.

Pietra Damari holds the centre. Grey, veined, unhurried.

A bungalow in Eindhoven, where the Arabescato Corchia marble tops the built-in hallway cabinetry and forms the vanity in full, sink included. The same warm wood runs through both spaces, connecting entrance to bathroom. 🤍

White base, sweeping grey veins. More expressive than Calacatta, less predictable. That irregularity is exactly what makes it worth specifying.

◼️ White walls, dark oak, and a splashback in Cosmic Black. The deep black base shot through with gold and grey mineral deposits, the kind of movement that reads as quiet from a distance and reveals itself up close. The arch frames it. The granite earns it.
A material that doesn't need contrast to perform. Here, it gets it anyway.

Kilkenny Limestone on the floor of a fifteenth-century tower house in Derry. The material logic is straightforward: Irish stone for an Irish fort. Culmore Fort, destroyed in 1688 and reconstructed in 1780, has been restored in 2025 as a community space using lime, h**p, lead and timber. A new terraced stair introduces informal seating into the tower. The original stone stair, capped for decades, opens again onto the battlement. Old fabric, careful additions, nothing that does not earn its place. 🏰

For this kitchen, Uniceramica porcelain Travertino Navona is used, creating a beautiful light contrast with the dark wooden cabinets, table/ kitchen island and chairs. The splashback is also finished in the same light Uniceramica surface to create one cohesive and smooth whole. In combination with the soft light blue accents, the kitchen gains a fresh and playful touch.🍴

The island stands out as a statement piece, offering a design that is not common, but truly intriguing and distinctive.
The colour features a warm white-beige base with subtle beige-white veining and a layered structure reminiscent of authentic travertine from Italy.
