La semaine dernière, nous sommes fiers d’avoir pu présenter notre socle commun de à notre équipe.

Ce socle regroupe les formations obligatoires, identiques pour tous nos consultants et couvrant tant les que les .

Les formations en et en sont bien évidemment reprises mais au-delà de leur expertise, nos employés sont avant tout ce qui requiert également un certain nombre de formations plus spécifiques: Power BI, esprit de synthèse, intelligence émotionnelle (notamment Insights), project management, office tools ou encore gestion du temps.

Ces formations vont leur permettre d’être bien armés face aux nouvelles et chez nos clients.

Last week, our procurement team attended the 23rd JCAL organised by the ABCAL focused on the topic: “From change management to crisis management”.

It was the perfect opportunity to exchange with other professionals on the key challenges the world is facing today and in the next decade.

As procurement professionals, we play a key role to help companies in this ecological and economical transition by providing innovative solutions and focusing on value beyond savings.

As Procurement Consultants, we are expected to deliver beyond our main field of expertise and to ensure that what we deliver is on time, on budget and in full. On top of this, our assignment consists most of the time of multiple assignments, where quality cannot be compromised.

As such, Altesia supports all of its consultants in getting certified in Project Management via the Prince2 Foundation certification to ensure that their capabilities are always put at the right place with the right level of effort.
