h renowned professors of Cambridge University. We have first defined the essentials parts of the HR system and mapped all correlations between them. This model has been the basis of the first HR diagnostic tool that shows real root causes instead of just looking at the issue symptoms, as classic –silo thinking – HR problem solvers do too often. This new approach enables us to provide real solutions to real issues, helping companies to energize their workforce and providing employees more fun and focus on their work, which eventually leads to more satisfaction for both parties. We don’t only see HRM as an integrated system, we also see the world as one big workplace. That’s why HRSonar is operational all over the globe, bringing in best practices in from all corners of the world.

IKSAP and HRSonar have signed a contract that will enable IKSAP to work with and distribute the HRSonar in Turkey. Last month, the IKSAP consultants completed successfully the certification procedure.

The evidence suggests, however, that such systems are often poorly implemented and are rarely as integrated as they need to be to produce optimal results. As HR professionals we encountered these problems first hand and created a market leading solution, the HRSonar Diagnostic

The HRSonar Diagnostic is a project that quantifies the efficiency of your HR management systems and how effectively they support the strategy of your business.

The basis of the HRSonar Diagnostic is a new and integrated model that we developed with professors at Cambridge University. It consists of 40 HR domains, that have been defined through years of research into the worlds best practices in each of these domains. We also defined the impact each of these domains has on each other, resulting in a correlation calculation model. This integrated approach allows us to diagnose the root causes of your HR issues. This approach leads to a very high improvement rate, as we don’t just work on the sypmtoms your already seeing.

The "motor" of the project is a survey that probes the implementation level of each of these domains, taking into account the various correlations. It is filled in by a key group of people within HRM or line management. This allows HR professionals to resolve implementation issues without these being visible to employees. Results are segmented to allow in-depth comparison of different company entities such as departments and geographies.

The analysis of the structured data is then undertaken by HRSonar and presented during a full day workshop. This workshop is lead by a Cambridge professor in innovation and strategy and a high level HR analyst. Results are segmented to allow in-depth comparison of different company entities such as departments and geographies.

We also present a step by step action plan that shows you how to improve the key areas identified as the root causes of your HR issues.

In the end we will give you unlimited access to our database so that you can make your own analysis and powerpoint presentations.
