At we develop, explore, challenge, test, discover new materials, fabrics, technical materials and collaborate. The world is large yet we can be so small. We collaborate with farmers, industry, weavers, spinners, sheep, don’t forget the sheepdogs, land, soil, designers, brands, students, crafters and consumers … all to share, build and create beauty, gratitude for the materials we use and respect for the world around us. This is today…. Renewed itself with further changes to the fabric. Now loved, appreciated and grateful for being able to transform into a new life of usability. to the craftsmen and craftwomen, to the spinners, to the farmers and the croon plants, sheep for the wool for creating this rawness of material….

Peekabooo… I have a secret. My human bean mum has been sorted out selvedge water sources directly from a Mill in Ireland. She is planning to make us a cat cave since she saw me having fun with the blanket on top of the piano. ….. Please don’t tell anyone as the merino and the selvedge edges work fabulously together both for wet or dry felting. Looking for something to make for someone? A new bedspread? are great for knitting bedspreads, mats for the dog or cat and even your bathroom mat, or you feel the wind coming under the door? Then try your hand at making a door stopper!these are just some ideas….keep cosy.

Fruit cocktail…. Gorgeous selvedge edges source from the weaving process. Working with mills to reduce their waste is one area I shall be building further on in the coming year. Whether it’s a is key to reduce, enable reclaim and also create a side business product.
