Who are we looking for?

- You have a strong interest in business analysis and are capable of capturing requirements and help define solutions using technology to serve your client’s core business
- You have strong interpersonal and consultative skills and are at ease facilitating interactions with clients and Product teams
- You are familiar with fact-finding and are prepared to outline problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- You have an interest in technology applied to business needs, ranging from cloud infrastructure and solutions to databases and web services
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch or French

What will you be doing?

You will be the Business Analyst of a transformation team

- You will perform business analysis in the context of implementation and rollout of business technology applications, interacting with your client to understand needs, challenges and opportunities.
- You will investigate and decompose business requirements and translate them in concrete use cases for application development and implementation.
- You will continuously monitor the progress of your Product team, identifying risks and changes in context and clarifying all questions with fact-finding
- You will support the Product Owner in advocating for your clients business goals in front of your technical Agile team responsible for application development, implementation and rollout
- You will navigate through complex and enriching transformation environments.
