Concept Factory was ready for the challenge of bringing this massive sloped set to life, featuring impressive structures reaching up to 9 metres high.

A large-scale build where engineering, craftsmanship and scenic construction came together to create something truly impressive.

And from next week, it all comes to life on stage.

What do you get when you want a crazy theatre comedy set in a Spanish hotel?

A vibrant stage design that instantly transports the audience to sunny Spain.

For Dubbele Pot, Concept Factory had the pleasure of designing and building the complete theatre set for Backstage Producties. From colourful facades and authentic architectural details to a layout designed to support every twist, misunderstanding and hilarious moment on stage, every element was carefully crafted to bring the story to life.

Great theatre starts with great storytelling, and the right set design helps create the perfect atmosphere for both performers and audience. Seeing this lively Spanish hotel come to life on stage was a fantastic experience for the entire team.

And the reunion? That's where things really heat up.
Concept Factory had the honour of handling the setdressing for the reunion, turning a simple room into a space with attitude, tension and a story in every corner.

Because a reunion this loaded deserves a set that speaks before anyone says a word.
Every detail was chosen to set the tone: the glamour, the edge, the little hints of what was about to unfold. The kind of setting that doesn't just hold the conversation, it fuels it.

For Bright Nights 2025 at Walibi Holland, Concept Factory designed and built a fully themed Christmas throne experience in the heart of the park.

For S.M.A.K. Gent, our seating elements became part of the installation itself.

Created for Eli Cortiñas – The Machine Monologues (2024–2025), presented during EUROPALIA ESPAÑA | Resistance. The Power of the Image, the elements were designed to integrate seamlessly into the spatial narrative of the exhibition.

Not just functional objects, but quiet contributors to the overall experience.

Over the past weeks, ASSISEN LIVE – DE WRAAKMOORD by was playing to full houses.

Concept Factory was responsible for the construction of several key set pieces for this production. From technical build to on-stage durability, each element was crafted to support the story and withstand the intensity of a live theatrical run.

Seeing these pieces come to life on stage is always the most rewarding part of the process.

reopened two escape rooms this summer.

- Echoes of the Mine
A tense underground escape where teamwork and problem-solving are key.
- The Clockmaker’s Secret
A race against time inside a mysterious clockmaker’s workshop.

Both rooms were fully re-thematised by Concept Factory in just 2.5 weeks. From story to puzzles to final experience.
