For Bright Nights 2025 at Walibi Holland, Concept Factory designed and built a fully themed Christmas throne experience in the heart of the park.

For S.M.A.K. Gent, our seating elements became part of the installation itself.

Created for Eli Cortiñas – The Machine Monologues (2024–2025), presented during EUROPALIA ESPAÑA | Resistance. The Power of the Image, the elements were designed to integrate seamlessly into the spatial narrative of the exhibition.

Not just functional objects, but quiet contributors to the overall experience.

Over the past weeks, ASSISEN LIVE – DE WRAAKMOORD by was playing to full houses.

Concept Factory was responsible for the construction of several key set pieces for this production. From technical build to on-stage durability, each element was crafted to support the story and withstand the intensity of a live theatrical run.

Seeing these pieces come to life on stage is always the most rewarding part of the process.

reopened two escape rooms this summer.

- Echoes of the Mine
A tense underground escape where teamwork and problem-solving are key.
- The Clockmaker’s Secret
A race against time inside a mysterious clockmaker’s workshop.

Both rooms were fully re-thematised by Concept Factory in just 2.5 weeks. From story to puzzles to final experience.

What happens when you give Concept Factory 2.5 weeks and a ghost story? ⚡

We’re incredibly proud to finally reveal our biggest, wildest and the most ambitious project of 2025: Rose’s Mystery House in Bucharest.

An experience café & bar built from the ground up by Concept Factory. A complete immersive world with moving lights, kinetic elements, and live show moments woven into the visit.

Painting With Light was commissioned by us to handle the show control and electronics, delivering the technical foundation behind the magic of the experience.

In het atelier van Concept Factory begint elk project lang voor het op de locatie staat.

Het start hier: tussen technische tekeningen vol zaagsel, het geluid van machines en de handen die ideeën omzetten in echte werelden.

Van het vormgeven van EPS-sculpturen tot het bouwen van volledige themadecors, elk detail wordt met precisie en vakmanschap gemaakt door het team.
Deze beelden tonen een stukje van het proces dat meestal achter de schermen blijft: samenwerken, creëren en de drive om iets unieks neer te zetten.

Een blik achter de schermen van nieuwe experiences die binnenkort tot leven komen.

Ons team werkte aan een volledig herthematisatie, met aandacht voor detail, verhaal en beleving.

Voor de nieuwe musical Ik leef voor jou van ISKARIOT bouwde Concept Factory een decor dat niet alleen visueel sterk is, maar ook volledig tourbaar.
Van draaiende akoestische panelen en make-upspiegels.- tot stijlvolle trappen, elk onderdeel werd ontworpen met oog voor detail, functionaliteit en transport.
Omdat de productie nog verschillende keren doorheen België te zien is, lag de focus op een modulair ontwerp dat snel kan opgebouwd en afgebroken worden, zonder in te boeten aan sfeer of stevigheid.

De Artisan Beurs was de première van de nieuwe Bodart stand, ontworpen en gebouwd door Concept Factory.

Modulair, duurzaam en klaar om te groeien: vandaag in compacte vorm, straks op de Horecabeurs bijna dubbel zo groot!

We stockeren en onderhouden de stand voor Bodart, zodat hij meerdere jaren meegaat.
Samen denken we niet in één beurs, maar in een duurzame strategie.

Voor de Gert & James Zomershow mochten we zowel podiumonderdelen voor de band als mobiele podia voor de danseressen ontwerpen en bouwen.
De uitdaging? Elk podium moest voorzien zijn van DMX-gestuurde LED-verlichting én de mobiele podia moesten automatisch stoppen zodra er iemand opstapte.

Dankzij het bundelen van al onze expertises in constructie, techniek en verlichting hebben we deze uitdaging omgezet in een oogverblindend resultaat.
Niet alleen Gert & James straalden op het podium… onze podia glommen net zo hard. 😉

- Medewerker polyester en sculpturen – met ervaring in 3D blow-ups
- Setontwerper – met ervaring in televisie en hoogwaardige activaties
- Schilder/Patineur – met ervaring met verschillende materialen en technieken
