Hurry up! There is only one month left to apply to our master course and the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.

We will have 15 Erasmus Mundus scholarships available for next intake (Sept. 2024).

Key features of the two-year master (120 ECTS):
👉 it was created to establish the right balance between the knowledge of mineral/metal resources and process-engineering techniques (innovative education in geometallurgy ).
👉 it is coordinated by four European partner universities : Université de Liège (BE) - Université of Lorraine/Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Nancy (FR) - Lulea University of Technology (SE) - TU Bergakademie Freiberg (DE) => students attend courses in three different universities (taught in English)
👉 it offers multiple Degrees
👉 it offers an exceptional global networking to the students
👉 it is labelled by the European Institute of Innovation and Technoogy (EIT RawMaterials)

PRACTICAL INFOS:

📢 APPLICATION DEADLINES:
Erasmus Mundus scholarships (for both EU and non-EU students): March 1st 2024
Self-funded applicants from non-EU countries: March 1st 2024
EIT Partial scholarships and self-funded applicants from EU countries: from April 30th to June 30th 2024

📢 SCHOLARSHIPS:
Around 15 full Erasmus Mundus scholarships (cover tuition fees + living expenses for the whole master)
Partial EIT AVSA Grants (cover living expenses for 12 months) => students need to provide a financial plan for the remaining 12 months

📢 ADMISSION CRITERIA:
We try to target students with a bachelor's Degree in Minerals Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering ( if oriented towards metals extraction and processing) or a master's in Geology (with at least 22.5 ECTS in mathematics).
Candidates must also demonstrate their English proficiency (min. B2 level).

As you know, Erasmus Mundus scholarships are not guaranteed for the next school year. We therefore encourage you to apply for other types of scholarships. You will find on the EMeral website a non-exhaustive list of scholarships available in some countries.
