Cell signaling pathways are complex, but researchers at Chung Shan Medical University (Taiwan) are unraveling the role of a transcription factor ELF4 and its involvement in endometrial cancer progression. Authors used Puromycin to select for transduced cells in their study published in the Journal of Cellular Physiology.
