In an ideal world, politicians do politics and entrepreneurs take care of their business. But with the current situation in Gaza, we can't remain silent.
International law is not an optional ideal; it is the backbone of a civilized society. That is why we, entrepreneurs with a conscience, call on the Belgian government to vote in favor of sanctions against Israel and to cease doing business with countries, institutions, individuals, and companies that violate international law.
Together with a group of entrepreneurial women, we have launched a petition to raise our voices against the violations of international law in two areas: the international humanitarian law (“the law of war”) and the human rights law.
