Last week we organised our second edition of our Blue Garden, and what a success it was!

💡 What is our Blue Garden? Just like our ngage garden it's a meeting place where we invite both clients and colleagues to get inspired and to grow new and innovative ideas.
 
This edition we had the pleasure to visit the AI Experience Center of the VUB where Hans De Canck & Prof. Bram Vanderborght gave us an enriching keynote about and .I.. 🤖

We also had the opportunity to test some demonstrations out, such as an Exoskeleton and Virtual Reality experiences. 🥽

Many thanks to the Vrije Universiteit Brussel for welcoming us and to the Blue Garden Team, Johan, Laurent, Nicolas & Matthias for the great organization !

ngage will be guiding, coaching and giving advice to the student-consultants and the club in general.

Last week, ngage had the pleasure to share its experience by presenting the Energia Case Study to the students of for the fourth year in a row. This case, based on ngage experience, is result of a thriving collaboration with Prof. Cécile Delcourt (HEC). The Energia Case highlights the importance of customer experience in public monopoly context.

Gilles Leroy et Julien Stroobants, managers chez ngage (une entreprise de consultance partenaire du Digital Lab de HEC Liège), ont animé un cas d’entreprise dans le cours de Services Marketing & Management de Cécile Delcourt.

Les étudiants ont été amenés à analyser l’orientation client d’un gestionnaire de réseau de distribution afin de proposer des recommandations pour que cette organisation renforce sa démarche orientée client.

Gilles Leroy et Julien Stroobants ont ensuite confronté les réponses des étudiants avec leur expérience de terrain lors de leur mission de consultance dans cette même organisation.

Un riche échange d’idées et d’expériences ont eu lieu. Merci aux collaborateurs de ngage pour leur investissement ! 🙂
