Samen met je collega’s ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze klanten bij hun vragen rond vertaal-, tolk -, transcriptie- en ondertitelopdrachten. Je analyseert de aanvragen, stelt offertes op, bereidt de projecten voor en plant het werk in. Je kiest de juiste vertalers in onze database en je zorgt ervoor dat elke partij over de nodige informatie beschikt om zijn/haar opdracht tot een goed einde te brengen. Daarnaast sta je in voor de selectie van nieuwe leveranciers (vendor management) en het beheren van het vertalersbestand.
