We usually work on a monthly subscription basis for VAT registered companies and a yearly fee for non-VAT registered companies. The company registration service includes all what is needed to deliver you an up and running company in Bulgaria. Including; bilingual document preparation; opening bankaccount(s) and applying for a VAT number.
Tax consultancy
