🎉 SEEIP continues with inspiring workshops in 2025!
On January 21, 2025, we hosted a specialized workshop titled:
"Virtual shares for employees as an incentive - a masterclass from the Netherlands", led by Lisa Dimitrova – co-founder of Sharesquare.
The event, part of Sofia Tech Park's incubation program – South East European Innovators Challenge (SEEIP), focused on best practices and strategies for using virtual shares as an incentive tool for employees.
The session brought together representatives from the Park's ecosystem, startups, and external participants interested in the topic. Together with Lisa Dimitrova, we explored:
🔹 How do virtual shares work?
🔹 What are the best practices for their implementation?
🔹 How to develop successful virtual share plans?
The workshop also highlighted the key differences between virtual shares and stock acquisition plans.

​🚀 Join us to delve into into the benefits and implementation strategies of virtual company shares for employees as an incentive, and discover how they can motivate and retain top talent in your organization.

​💡 The event will be led by Lisa Dimitrowa – Co-Founder & CEO of Sharesquare, a SaaS platform for intelligent reward schemes and employee equity plans. She will share her extensive knowledge on essence and nature of virtual company shares for employees as an incentive and will discuss the difference between virtual shares and employee stock ownership plans.

🏆 The award ceremony was part of the annual Forbes Innovation Forum, with the 3rd edition taking place last week at Toplocentrala.
