We are looking for motivated Merchandiser for HP with good communication skills to join into the dynamic team.
The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser is to manage company products positioning and branding in IT retail stores, maintain good relationships with retail store staff and management, work closely with Retail Account Manager and Trade marketing Lead for current campaigns, promotions and focus product and initiatives.
The role:
• Distribution and management to store sales materials by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services
• Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors’ products.
• Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees.
• Provide product trainings to store staff
• Helps field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays in store, checking daily on special promotions, observing customer reaction to special promotions, forwarding observations to management, and removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
• Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of retail locations in assigned territory.
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
• Enhances merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Answers questions, responding to special requests, and describes product features.
• Encourages outstanding team morale and maintains highest ethical standards

What we are looking for:
• Good English B2 / C1
• Excellent presentation & communications skills
• Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills and working with tough deadlines
• Team player
The candidates must have IT background or from related fields like: telecommunication, smartphone manufacturers, phone/PCs accessories manufacturers, to be gamers enthusiasts etc.
Also they must have by relevant Retail experience - previous experience with Retail partners that HP is doing business with like Technopolis, Technomarket, Techmart, Zora etc. and have physical stores.
That are passionate about IT, up to date with latest technologies, and eager learn about our products, services and Retail environment. To be self-motivated and to have a hands-on approach in his day to day tasks.
