Мартина Биковска е декоратор-сладкар с над 10-годишен опит в сферата на сладкарското изкуство.
Паралелно с обучението си за бакалавър Дизайн на детската среда в Националната художествена академия, работи като декоратор на торти към голяма столична верига.
След завършване на магистратура Арт терапия, тя решава да се отдаде на тази нетипична за художник професия - сладкар - декоратор, защото в нея вижда възможност да създава изкуство, достъпно за всекиго и чрез своите разбирания и подход да предложи на пазара услуга с добавена стойност.

През 2017 година инициира, заедно със своя колега, приятел и бизнес партньор, откриване на собствена сладкарница, която става реалност през 2018г - „Адела Кейк” (Adela Cake O'clock), в която паралелно със сладкарското производство се организират и разнообразни арт работилници за деца и възрастни, обучения и презентации.

Работи в партньорство с кулинарни академии в България, като гост лектор.

Мартина Биковска е член на Клуб „Бизнес лейди” и BNI Bulgaria, участник в първото издание на Арена на дамския бизнес.

2022г участва "Арена на Дамския бизес" 2022 като мотиватор чрез своята история и развитие.
