How I wish I could turn back time, but time for turning back has passed, and meanwhile, I have something new to turn Up!🙂
Have you ever noticed how life takes you down… before it lifts you up again? Sometimes we call it a crisis. Sometimes, a turning point.

I think, I owe you a bit of the story. ✨ Back in 2015, U Turn was like a personal wake-up call during burnout cycles — a cry to shift perspectives, change direction, and, quite literally, save my life. Stepping into transformational training at iPEC Coaching was the first lifeline that brought me back to life.
Today, it'been already 10 years since then! Halleluhja! And learning never felt enough during this transitional decade! My lazer focused from growing brands to start understanding how growth can happen for minds! So, I’ve kept learning, equipping myself with new certifications, courses & trainings, crowing them with a MSc in Work & Prg Psy. I've started mentoring youth (a core dream of mine!), along wit working with clients, and building programs.
It’s been a long journey of growth — with as many stumbles as wins.
I even lost my domain u-turn.co, and it was another threshold moment. Luckily, I was going trough another amazing Self-Leadership training, and I it started to crystalize - as new opportunity. I've started questioning and researching, as I had to make a change and keep a new domain name. And one day the whole vision emerged as ➡️ 𝐔𝐩𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧. 𝐔𝐩𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲.
I hope you won't miss 𝗨 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻! U Turn to Leadership is part of the process! Every SHIFT, begins with the courage to START, and to OPEN yourself towards CHANGING something. Gradual and positive, of course :) And GROWING. Cause we either die, or grow!***
So, said in a nutshell, the true purpose to navigating growth, is not just the U Turn to Leadership itself. It is aiming an UpTurn too: 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑒, 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑜-𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑛𝑒𝑤.
🙏 I’m deeply grateful you’ve stayed connected through these years of silence. While I was away, I was learning, deepening, preparing. And today, I want to say: welcome to what’s emerging.
