Първата част на SEE FORWARD SUMMIT 2026 събра гледните точки на бизнеса, технологичния сектор и институциите по някои от ключовите въпроси за развитието на България и Югоизточна Европа.
Ето за какво говорихме дотук:
🔹 Shared Vision for Digital Bulgaria – Иван Василев, министър на иновациите и дигиталната трансформация, Томас Цимер от DXC Technology, Йордан Гинев от AIBEST и Илия Кръстев от БРАИТ, с модератор Веселин Димитров от Forbes България, обсъдиха как България може да превърне дигиталната трансформация в измерима стойност за гражданите и икономиката.
💬 „Дигиталната трансформация трябва да означава и пълна прозрачност при управлението на публичните ресурси. Искаме да интегрираме публичните разходи в СИГМА, така че да може да се проследява как се използват общите ни средства. Това са парите на всички нас и информацията за тяхното управление трябва да бъде достъпна. Целта е всеки да може да проследи как се изразходват публичните средства, а технологиите да осигурят по-голяма прозрачност, отчетност и доверие“, заяви министър Иван Василев.
🔹 Digitalisation in Southeast Europe: The Human Impact – Ралица Русинова от SeeNext Insights представи нови данни за дигитализацията в България, Румъния и Сърбия – от достъпа и дигиталните умения до реалното използване на дигитални услуги.
🔹 Two-Speed Europe: Where Does Southeast Europe Stand? – Николай Гърнев от EY и Виктор Гусев от Invest Sofia, с модератор Наталия Шишкова-Георгиева от AIBEST, поставиха фокус върху променящата се инвестиционна карта на Европа, възможностите пред Южна, Централна и Източна Европа и факторите, необходими инвестициите да се превърнат в дългосрочен растеж.
💬 „София вече не е евтина инвестиционна дестинация и трябва да се конкурира с друго – с таланти, технологичен капацитет, инфраструктура и силна бизнес среда. Все по-важно е и какви възможности създаваме за следващото поколение специалисти. Това са факторите, които ще определят способността ни да привличаме високотехнологични инвестиции в дългосрочен план“, заяви Виктор Гусев от Invest Sofia.

The first part of SEE FORWARD SUMMIT 2026 brought together perspectives from business, the technology sector and public institutions on some of the key questions shaping the development of Bulgaria and Southeast Europe.
Here’s what we have discussed so far:
🔹 Shared Vision for Digital Bulgaria – Ivan Vasilev, Minister of Innovation and Digital Transformation, Thomas Zimmer from DXC Technology, Yordan Ginev from and Ilia Krastev from Българска Работодателска Асоциация Иновативни Технологии - БРАИТ, moderated by Veselin Dimitrov from Forbes България, discussed how Bulgaria can turn digital transformation into measurable value for citizens and the economy.
💬 “Digital transformation should also mean full transparency in the management of public resources. We want to integrate public spending into SIGMA so that people can track how our shared resources are being used. This is everyone’s money, and information about how it is managed should be accessible. The goal is for everyone to be able to see how public funds are spent, while technology enables greater transparency, accountability and trust,” said Minister Ivan Vasilev.
🔹 Digitalisation in Southeast Europe: The Human Impact – Ralitsa Rusinova from SeeNext Insights presented new data on digitalisation in Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia – from access and digital skills to the actual use of digital services.
🔹 Two-Speed Europe: Where Does Southeast Europe Stand? – Nikolai Garnev from EY Careers and Victor Goussev from Sofia Investment Agency, moderated by Nataliya Shishkova-Georgieva from AIBEST, focused on Europe’s changing investment landscape, the opportunities for Southern, Central and Eastern Europe, and the factors needed to turn investment into long-term growth.
💬 “Sofia is no longer a low-cost investment destination, so we need to compete on different strengths – talent, technological capabilities, infrastructure and a strong business environment. Increasingly important is also the kind of opportunities we create for the next generation of professionals. These are the factors that will determine our ability to attract high-tech investment in the long term,” said Victor Goussev.
