We are looking for a new graphic designer to join our team!

Logokompaniet provide graphic design services to small and medium sized businesses since year 2010 on the Scandinavian market. We are a small busy team and are looking for someone to help us with mainly logo design but also with various types of graphical design tasks.
Position:
You will be developing logo design projects for international clients. The candidate should have a sound understanding of design principles and a proven track record in graphic design.
The ideal candidate should be timely, accurate, creative and be able to work independently on numerous projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will also need excellent cooperation skills, as well as a positive attitude.
As a Graphic Designer in Logokompaniet you will be reporting to our Creative Coordinator and Senior Graphic Designer
You will be working from our office in Sofia, Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 including a 60min lunch break.
Working remotely can also be discussed.
We work mainly for Swedish and Norwegian clients and our work days are according to the Swedish and Norwegian calendar. Meaning you will be required to work on some Bulgarian national holidays but instead you will have days off on national holidays in Sweden and Norway.

Graphic Designer (junior/senior proficiency): Corporate logo design, Illustrative logo design, Web design, banner design, gif animations, and general advertising.
Expectations
We would expect you to coordinate from 15-30 logo projects each month and in parallel be providing revisions for open projects. Also other type of tasks requiring graphical skills will be part of the role.
All graphical work is done by the designer (eg. no use of clipart or similar is tolerated)
Timeliness
We expect the first (up to 5) unique corporate logo drafts to be delivered within 24-hours of receiving the project description.
If any delays occur you must notice us as soon as possible

Proactive, with a high level of commitment to providing a quality service and develop client relationships
Ability to manage large and varied workload, to prioritize and multitask
Ability to use initiative, working without close supervision and seeing tasks through to completion whilst paying close attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
