โMy entry to the industry was, quite honestly, a happy accidentโ, says Aleksandar. He was studying law at the time when a friend referred him for the job. Fast-forward 12 years, and he's now steering a high-performing team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. ๐
While he navigates all the things he is responsible for, Aleksandar shared with us that he always tries to create a space where every voice is valued and no concept is too bold to be explored, a culture where brainstorming is judgment-free and curiosity is rewarded.
