We have not posted for a while but we have not been idle.
Here we come with the representative office of one of the largest and most reputable law offices in Sofia, just finished last December,. A quite special job centered around a collection of works of modern Bulgarian art designed with modern minimalist approach, where every small detail matters.
The reception and meeting spaces have been arranged with careful consideration of the spatial, functionalist and aesthetic qualities of the building, a fine example of the modernist architecture before WWII and monument of culture. Interplay of spatial connections, restoration of material qualities, attention to light, acoustics, finishes – these were some of main aspects of the design intent to be achieved in this project.
For this purpose one needs also an experienced project manager and this is where Bates comes – to collect and coordinate the team of contractors and vendors, together with the architect, take care for the ex*****on and any quality issues, contracts, payments, commissioning, etc.
