🤝 По време на нашата Team Dynamics сесия се фокусирахме именно върху това - как преминават екипите през различни етапи на развитие, какви са най-честите предизвикателства и как чрез по-добра комуникация и обратна връзка можем да работим по-ефективно заедно.

💯 Чрез практически упражнения и дискусии участниците имаха възможност да разпознаят реални ситуации и да приложат подходи за по-силна колаборация и по-добри резултати.
