Our client is looking for an Administrative/Office Manager who will
be responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of its branch in Bulgaria.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Background knowledge about cosmetics or perfumery industry and products
Knowledge of Polish and Russian language

The Administrative/Office Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Director
for Europe and under his/her guidelines will perform the following essential roles:

management of office budget and expenses; serving as a key contact person for company business
partners in Bulgaria as well as the company's international locations; implementation of all company's operational rules,
standards and activities/processes which are immense for the successful functioning of the
Branch.

The detailed responsibilities of the Administrative/Office Manager are as follows:

➢ Coordination of daily work of office employees;
➢ Monitoring and recording office expenditures and managing the office budget;
➢ Keeping responsibility for company cash flow;
➢ Achieving financial objectives, submitting information for budget preparation;
➢ Coordinating and resolving any ongoing/arising issues related to legal and accountancy
support with outsourced legal and accounting partners;
➢ Consistently monitor and replenish the product stock in a timely manner;
➢ Keeping organized and managing the filing system of the office;
➢ Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction;
➢ Development of motivational programs for Bulgarian business partners in consultation with
Regional Sales Director;
➢ Managing effectively e-commerce platforms to promote and sell company products;
➢ Development and implementation of local marketing strategy under supervision of Regional
Sales Director;
➢ Planning and implementing activities such as sales promotions, coordinating them with
Regional Sales Manager;
➢ Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations when/if needed;
➢ Development and management of the effective relationships with business partners through
conduction of regular meetings;
➢ Responding to customer inquiries and complaints; performing sales floor work such as
greeting and assisting customers;
➢ Recommending locations for new facilities or overseeing the remodeling of current facilities;
➢ Planning of store layouts and design the products display;
➢ Maintaining office supplies (stationery, equipment, etc.), repairs of the office (if/when
needed);
➢ Providing logistic and organizational support for the local events and training;
➢ Performing other administrative and operational tasks if required by Regional Sales Director.
➢ Translating of marketing texts, documents into Bulgarian / English
Requirements
✓ A high degree is a must. Bachelor or Master degree in business studies or economics
would be an advantage;

✓ Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook;
✓ Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
✓ Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages is a must;
✓ Knowledge of Polish and Russian language would be an advantage;
✓ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
✓ High self-motivation;
✓ Time management skills;
✓ Exceptional relationship-building skills at all levels within and outside of the company;
✓ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
✓ Excellent listening and presentation skills;

FARM MECHANICS

Period:

START A.S.A.P – rotating 2-3 month at work/home.

No of hours per week:

Minimum 50 hours a week more work is available than minimum.

Pay per hour:

Assessed after test

Qualified candidate minimum Euro 14 per hour.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:



Communicative Polish and/or English
positive to physical work
having good health condition
drivers’ licence (B) minimum
welding experience
electronic experience
pneumatics experience is a plus


Selection for test is done from CV. Test is done for a maximum period of 14 days with inconvenience pay. If test is passed assignment can be agreed.



Preferred candidates’ profile

Flexible person who have quick solutions in mind to secure that production at farm with the support of machines do not end up at a standstill. The person is expected to like the work and be responsible.

Task:

Service and repair of machinery at farm including the packing facility. Small repairs done when the facility is operating, and larger repair is done at time slots when facility is at a standstill mainly early morning, evening or weekends. Welding tasks occur. Maintenance of water pumps, hoses, hydraulics. Electrical work, changing contacts and troubleshooting. Pneumatic tasks occur.



Info about farm:

Large potato and vegetable farm with Polish and Swedish staff. Owner and Management is Swedish. Own packing and production facility.


Accommodation:

House follows Company Group standards (that include Wi-Fi 24/7). Farm have various accommodation in proximity to the farm. Accommodation is at the farm and transportation is provided by using cars the farms cars

We are looking for highly motivated and focused individual to join our marketing department in capacity of a PPC Specialist with in depth knowledge of using Google Scripts. Someone with experience in digital marketing that can create a strategy to automate and scale conversions on Google Search. All the company's marketing efforts are managed and optimized directly by in-house marketing teams across all digital media: SEM, SEO, Display, Social, Analytics & Optimization and PR.
Primary Responsibilities (not limited to):
Work with our existing Search Advertising (PPC) team
Automate search account using Google Scripts
Build, Maintain and monitor keyword bids, monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics by implementing Google Scripts
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis. Accommodate ad-hock reporting requests
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
Identify and investigate shift in performance and or technical issues

Requirements
English - Fluent (written and verbal)
General understanding of digital media and advertising is required. Preferred some marketing experience
Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (SA360, Google Ads, Bing)
Must have experience & knowledge of Google Scripts
Experience with YouTube advertising is a plus
Experience with a project management tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus, but not required
Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of tasks while meeting deadlines
Strong analytical & quantitative skills
Must be comfortable using Excel and working with large sets of data ( pivot tables)
Looking for team player, with strong work ethics and individual dedicated to team's success.

Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
