In a Hotel.
Cook/Chef: responsible for food preparation in the kitchen, following strictly recipes and standards to ensure food quality, safety and food presentation. Key responsibilities include preparation of ingredients, cooking dishes, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, managing food stations, adhering to health codes. Needs to be able to work in various establishments, collaborate with kitchen staff and often work in fast based environments to meet customer demand.
Skills and requirements:
Culinary skills: A strong understanding of various cooking techniques and methods. Experience in European cuisine especially with the Mediterranean.
Attention to detail: accuracy in following recipes and maintaining presentation standards.
Efficiency: The ability to work efficiently and manage multiple orders in a fast paced environment.
Team work: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other kitchen staff
Knowledge of food safety: Adherence to health and safety procedures
Experience- Nin 3 years in a good Hotel
Cleaner: Person responsible for cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms etc. Performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance activities. Looking for a responsible person who takes care of our facilities and carries out cleaning and maintenance duties.
Housekeeper: Person who performs cleaning, tidying and other tasks to maintain cleanliness in our hotel rooms and other hotel facilities. Key responsibilities: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, changing linens, handling laundry.
3. Fix salary:
Cook:
Basic gross salary: 5,60 euros/Hour, Saturdays: 8,20 euros/hour, Sundays: 10,80 euros/hour, Bank holidays: 11,20 euros/hour (average worked hours per month: 200 hours)
Cleaner and housekeeper:
Basic gross salary: 5,28 Euros/hour, Saturdays: 7,91 euros/hour, Sundays: 10,50 euros/hour, Bank holidays: 10,56 euros/hour (average worked hours per month: 160 hours)
4. Accommodation and Flight ticket:
Accommodation will be provided in our resort or walking distance from our resort. Full cost of accommodation is paid by our company?
Flight tickets will also be reimbursed once candidates reaches Slovakia & resume work.
