Meet our next People of Pontica - Nikol Dimitrova! 👋

Nikol is a Dispatch and Customer Support Specialist who joined Pontica nearly a year ago through our Refer‑A‑Friend program. What started as a spontaneous decision quickly felt like the right one, as she found a place that both supports and challenges her to grow.

Since joining, Nikol has quickly adapted to the workflow and built strong communication skills, helping her manage tasks more confidently and efficiently. 💪

Outside of work, she keeps a great balance - spending time at the gym, exploring new cafes and restaurants, traveling, and enjoying moments with her loved ones. ✨

Another inspiring day connecting with young talent 🚀

We recently attended Career Forum 10.0: “From Knowledge to Success” at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", where students and young professionals had the opportunity to take their first steps toward their future careers.

As a long-term partner of the faculty, we are always happy to support initiatives that help bridge education with real business practice and create meaningful connections between students and the professional world.

It was great meeting so many motivated, curious, and ambitious people eager to learn more about the opportunities ahead of them. Conversations like these are always a reminder of how much potential and fresh perspective the next generation brings.

This week we shine the spotlight on Peter Chiviyski, DevOps Engineer working with one of our global High Tech clients. 💻

His journey into IT started in an unexpected way, while studying film directing at the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia. 🎭 What began as a means to support his studies quickly grew into a genuine passion. Over time, Peter discovered that IT and filmmaking share a lot in common - both demand creativity, problem-solving, and a fresh perspective.

Three years ago, he joined Pontica, where he has been building his expertise and gaining valuable experience.

Outside of work, Peter stays true to his creative roots by directing advertisements and music videos, blending his technical skills with his love for visual storytelling. 🎬
