Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Stara Zagora Centre, Bulgaria
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent English language skills? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator at our Stara Zagora location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and is fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the business. We are an international company – all documents are in English and are dealt with by email or on the phone.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and external stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation. We use online ‘cloud storage’ and are 99% paperless.
• Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Correspondence: Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents with a keen attention to detail. A good level of English is a must in order to do this correctly.
• Data Entry: Input and update information accurately into databases and systems.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
• Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
• Degree or equivalent; any additional administrative training is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
