Consulting fees include getting all approvals, preparing the Memorandum of Association(with in house lawyer), assisting with finding an address for the CR, completing all formalities with Municipality, Electricity. Additional fees are BD 250- 500 for an address pm BD100/- electricity/Municipality. Fees vary depending on the size of the establishment but that is usually a minimum if you are looking for a trusted consultant. They will also assist with Company LMRA registration- BD250/- cost- getting visas done,- each visa has a price eg residence permits cost BD200- 260 per person , plus you will have to pay the cost of the agent approx BD30.
