Ghassan Sarhan announced the start of the trial opening of the “Mostasharek” electronic platform today, Sunday, August 8, 2021. This platform is the first of its kind in Bahrain and the GCC. It provides legal documents such as letters, litigation papers, minutes of meetings and agreements at the press of a button, wherein the consumer will only need to answer a few questions, make a very small payment and receive the document online! The idea came to keep pace with the electronic development witnessed by the judicial and judicial system and all government transactions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Sarhan added that through this platform, today, for example, a worker wishing to file a labor case can enter the platform and answer questions in the section to obtain directly litigation papers that can be delivered through the electronic system of the Bahrain courts and file a lawsuit directly, and the cost of writing the Letter does not exceed An amount of 5 BD through the website, as well as work contracts, contracts of incorporation and amendment of companies, minutes of meetings and many letters that companies and individuals need in their daily work.
Sarhan noted that the site is not limited to being a library of electronic legal documents, but also includes the ability to book an appointment with a legal advisor licensed to work inside the Kingdom to obtain advice on any of the necessary topics through electronic means of communication.
Sarhan indicated that work is underway to open the site in English and launch the mobile application during the next few days, and noted that there is an annual subscription to the platform designed to keep pace with the needs of companies and workers in the commercial and real estate sectors in the Kingdom. At the end of his statement, Sarhan announced that work is underway with important partners in other countries to open the platform there and the coming days will be full of surprises.
