We are looking for I-READY TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (preferable Male)

Requirement:
Qualification: ND in Construction/ Building Studies or equivalent in the relevant technical field.

Other Requirement:
Has a valid driving license, able to work within the studio team.

Software skills:
AutoCAD

Task:
• Take instructions from management regarding each day’s work services
• Check all working drawings and design are in order as to construction on site.
• Assist in the draughtsman, tracer in detailing and other related tasks.
• Make use of all materials for preparation of the design, detailing drawings and submission are well prepared and recorded.
• Maintain professional decorum during operation time
• Conduct site inspections as required by the management.
• Attend any meeting if required by the management.
• Inform the management of the progress status of the work undertaking.
• Take and forward any complaints made by customers to the management
• To comply strict timeline rules
• Maintaining data collection
• Perform general and preventative maintenance of the studio by following scheduled housekeeping, timings and date.
• Able to produce a report.

2. GLA has recently upgraded the control management system by implementing project using BIM360 system. 😇
