DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

Requirements:

1. Candidates either MALE/FEMALE
(25 - 35 yrs old)
2. Experienced in documents preparation for various visa applications.
3. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
4. Must be computer literate, and with good command of the English language
5. Can work under pressure
6. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

1 Full-Time position available

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Arranging Documentations, Passporting and Visa Requirements of individual, group and corporate clients.
2. Responsible for the proper encoding of data in various application forms
3. Schedules visa/ passporting appearance of clients
4. If deemed necessary, assists clients during their appointment at the embassy.
