Continuing after the first film, this sequel follows Meor, played by , as a Special Branch policeman tackling Chinese triads and corrupt officials in post-Japanese Occupation Singapore.

✍️Film synopsis: Now serving as an employee of the British CID, Meor Abdul Rahman chooses to oppose evil from within the system, where he encounters a series of crimes. Gayong 2 tells the story of maruah against corruption and of a man forced to choose between principles and family in a world that makes no room for both.
