MD Associates formerly known as Mohd Don & Associates which has been in operation in Brunei Darussalam for more than twenty years, being formed in 1994. Now, it is known as M.D. Over the course of its short history the Company has expanded in the property consultancy field, and is now considered one of the most active firms operating in this specialisation in Brunei Darussalam. The company underta

kes mortgage valuation works for major banking clients in Brunei Darussalam. This is mainly for locally based banks but also includes international banking organisations. A large amount of valuation work is also undertaken for private clients for non-mortgage purposes, which include valuations for probate, insurance, accounting, development appraisal, acquisition and sale or purchase. The company has been particularly active in the property and land consultancy fields, with extensive experience in private acquisition work. We also undertake a large amount of development consultancy, principally for private clients as well as corporate clients. In the past we have also undertaken project management and would be prepared to become involved in property management, should instructions be forthcoming. We have also been involved in wayleave consultancy work for underground cables and overhead transmission lines.
