In 2005 Ricardo - then a psychologist - felt the call to help entrepreneurs build authentic legacies through their companies, so he started accompanying them along that journey of finding purpose. That's how Sowee was founded. With time and experience, he identified essential skills that would contribute to the success of his clients, and brought professionals from other areas to offer a full range of services. Due to his Japanese ancestry and close connection with asian entrepreneurs, Ricardo is usually either in São Paulo/Brazil or Nagoya/Japan.
