Distractions lure everywhere and it requires discipline to stay with one task...be it a workout, work, kids time, or cooking.

💪 Develop a mindset that serves you 💪

It doesn't matter where you come from, how poor you have been, or the lack of resources in your life.

What does matter is how you think about yourself and where you can go with that thinking!

Curiosity and hunger is what I look for when I hire, because these two traits enable you to find what you are looking for, and not wait for someone else to dish it to you.

The generation just 20 years ago had no Youtube, no social media, no funnels, no coaches....and they built a lot of the things you are using right now.

And what drove them was not so much their outcome goals (money being one), but their desire to build something cool that hadn't been there before.

To enjoy the fiddly and frustrating journey more than arriving at some place...and keeping going!

Now, I'm not saying you have to get rid of everything.

Some apps are genuinely useful and make our lives easier. But it's important to define what's truly important to you.

Do you really need that game you haven't played in months?

By deleting the excess, you'll create more space and clarity in your digital life.

Plus, you'll likely find that you can be more intentional with the apps you do keep.

So go ahead, take a deep breath, and hit that delete button.
