Built in 2006 at Estaleiro Aliança and based on the renowned Ulstein P106 design, the Brazilian offshore support vessel CBO Anna Gabriella (IMO 9364306) entered service during one of the most important expansion periods in Brazil’s offshore industry.
The vessel commenced operations for Petrobras shortly after delivery — becoming part of a generation of offshore support vessels that quietly helped sustain Brazil’s offshore growth.
For years, vessels like CBO Anna Gabriella connected ports, offshore bases, platforms, and supply chains operating far from shore.
Not the largest vessels offshore. But certainly among the most necessary.
Today, public AIS activity involving the vessel appears significantly quieter, although maritime databases still list her as active and commissioned under the Brazilian flag.
Perhaps she is simply between contracts.
Perhaps another chapter is still ahead.
And that leaves the question:
Where is CBO Anna Gabriella now?
