Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we work in close cooperation with our Clients in Brazil, Europe or in North America, analyzing and executing their strategic objectives in Brazil. Our clients are generally shareholders or parent companies up to 500 USD million who are looking to change or re-assess their business models or cost structures. Many are shareholders or management teams whose goal is to sell their business or some of their assets. Others want to optimize their operations and/or seek opportunities for growth and additional synergies in Brazil or grow their business from Brazil internationally in North America and/or in Europe.
