O Edifício Canimarcel afirma-se como uma nova referência de arquitectura contemporânea em Luanda, no Bairro Lar do Patriota. Um projecto de uso misto — habitação, escritórios e espaços comerciais — que responde de forma clara às dinâmicas urbanas emergentes da cidade.

Com uma linguagem arquitectónica equilibrada e actual, o edifício explora a intersecção entre funcionalidade, estética e sustentabilidade. O resultado é um ambiente versátil, pensado para uma vivência integrada onde habitar, trabalhar e usufruir coexistem de forma fluida.

Desenvolvido pela WNArquitectura em colaboração com a PCRX para o cliente Quality4U, este projecto ganha especial relevância através de uma abordagem colaborativa que reforça a importância de sinergias criativas na construção de soluções urbanas mais conscientes e alinhadas com os desafios contemporâneos.

Pensado para o presente, mas claramente orientado para o futuro, o Edifício Canimarcel traduz uma abordagem arquitectónica que acompanha as tendências globais e promove um desenvolvimento urbano mais responsável.

Desenhar produtos enquanto arquiteto é assumir uma responsabilidade diferente.

Não se trata apenas de forma, proporção ou materialidade — trata-se de traduzir pensamento espacial para objetos que vivem mais próximos das pessoas, à escala do quotidiano.

Quando desenhamos para clientes para além dos edifícios — iluminação, mobiliário, sistemas — as perguntas mudam:

• Como é que este objeto funciona em diferentes contextos?
• Como se integra em múltiplas arquiteturas, e não apenas numa?
• Como equilibrar estética, custo e viabilidade de produção?
• Como incorporar durabilidade, sustentabilidade e adaptabilidade desde o início?

A iluminação é um bom exemplo. Um anel aparentemente simples pode carregar uma forte intenção arquitetónica: clareza geométrica, rigor no detalhe e uma relação precisa entre luz e espaço. Mas essa simplicidade exige coordenação entre design, engenharia, fabrico e experiência do utilizador.

Neste processo, o arquiteto torna-se um elemento de ligação:
— entre a visão de projeto e as limitações industriais
— entre as expectativas do cliente e as necessidades do utilizador
— garantindo que cada detalhe, até ao milímetro, tem um propósito

Aqui, o pensamento BIM/VDC ganha escala no produto — permitindo coordenação, prototipagem e iteração baseada em dados antes da produção.

Desenhar produtos não é um desvio da arquitetura.
É uma extensão natural.

Mesmo pensamento. Outra escala. Maior proximidade com a vida diária.

Miramar Apartments explores the quiet strength of contemporary architecture through a composition of clean volumes and refined horizontal layering. The façade establishes a calm urban presence: soft mineral surfaces, warm timber accents, and recessed glazing create a rhythm that brings depth and shadow throughout the day.

The ground level opens generously to the public realm with transparent commercial spaces framed by natural wood, reinforcing pedestrian activity and neighborhood vitality. Above, residential floors are defined by continuous balconies and carefully proportioned openings that balance privacy, light, and outward connection.

Designed with restraint and clarity, the project embraces a timeless material palette and precise detailing—where subtle textures, crisp edges, and natural daylight shape the building’s character.

Miramar Apartments is less about spectacle and more about quiet permanence: architecture that feels contemporary today and enduring tomorrow.
