ICC Animal Nutrition at PSA LATAM: connections, knowledge, and impactful strategies for poultry production!

Our technical discussions began even before PSA LATAM 2026, with our technical event PIT (Poultry Innovation Trends), held on October 5 as part of the pre-event program.

During PSA, we hosted the symposium “From egg to meat: impact of each production chain link on profitability, quality, and food safety”, discussing how decisions from breeders to processing influence profitability, meat quality, and food safety.

Our R&D specialist, Graziela Valini, also presented a study on the effects of yeast cell wall, alone or combined with essential oils, on the health and performance of broilers challenged with Escherichia coli.
